RESOLUTION NO. 91-135
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. B. Bankhead, Bill
Vaughan, P. R. Cecil, Duran Davis, Richard Amis, Gary Nash
and Leon Williams as members of the Paris Industrial
Development Corporation of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 31, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of J. B. Bankhead,
Bill Vaughan, P. R. Cecil, Richard Amis and Leon Williams,
and the appointments of Ann Hutto and William (Bill) Rohrer,
for a term of six (6) years, beginning January 1,1992, and
ending December 31, 1997; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the re-appointment of J. B. Bankhead, Bill Vaughan, P.
R. Cecil, Richard Amis and Leon Williams, and the
appointments of Ann Hutto and William (Bill) Rohrer, to serve
as members of the Paris Industrial Development Corporation of
the City of Paris, for a term of six (6) years, beginning
January 1, 1992, and ending December 31, 1997, be, and the
same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of
the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of December, 1991.
