1991-132-RES WHEREAS, the term of office of Edward D. Ell is as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of RESOLUTION NO. 91-132 WHEREAS, the term of off ice of Edward D. Ell is as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1991; and, WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the Traffic Commission due to the resignation of Gerald Byas, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, having appointed Pauline Franklin to serve the unexpired term of Gerald Byas, which ends June 30, 1992, and has submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Edward D. Ellis, for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1992, and ending December 31, 1994; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the re-appointment of Edward D. Ellis, to serve as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 1992, and ending December 31, 1994, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appointment of Pauline Franklin, as a member of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris to serve the unexpired term of Gerald Wayne Byas, which ends June 30, 1992, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
