1991-131-RES WHEREAS, the terms of office of Reeves Hayter, Mike Copeland, Felix Gibson and Bill Davidson, as
RESOLUTION NO. 91-131
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Reeves Hayter, Mike
Copeland, Felix Gibson and Bill Davidson, as members of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will
expire on December 31, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Reeves Hayter and
the appointments of Curtis Fendley, Gerald Powell and Barbara
Gann, for a term of three (3) years, beginning January 1,
1992, and ending December 31, 1994; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the re-appointment of Reeves Hayter and the
appointments of Curtis Fendley, Gerald Powell and Barbara
Gann, to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3)
years, beginning January 1, 1992, and ending December 31,
1994, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by
the City Council of the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of December, 1991.
