This notice is posted to inform the public that a quorum of the
Paris City Council may be in attendance of an emergency informational town
hall meeting hosted by Mayor Steven J. Clifford, M.D., to inform the public
about the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
The town hall meeting will be held through Zoom
on Wednesday, April 8, 2020
beginning at 5:30 o'clock p.m.

Although a quorum of the members of the City Council may or may not be available to
attend this meeting, this notice is being posted to meet the requirements of the Texas
Open Meetings Act and subsequent opinions of the Texas Attorney General's Office.
