WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 90-077 approve the execution of
a Lease Agreement with Archers For Christ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of
heretofore in Resolution No. 91-051
Addendum No. One to sa id lease to
lease with regard to insurance; and,
the City of Paris did
approve the execution of
revise the terms of the
WHEREAS, the property description in the Lease should be
conformed to the First Amended Lake Crook Hunting District
Map, and an Addendum No. Two in the form of Exhibit A
attached hereto should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Addendum No. Two to the Lease Agreement with
Archers For Christ dated September 10,1991, in the form
attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and is hereby approved;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Ci ty of
Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris Addendum
No. Two in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

ADDENDUM NUMBER TWO TO LEASE AGREEMENT
DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 1991, BETWEEN ARCHERS FOR CHRIST
AND THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS

COUNTY OF LAMAR ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that this Addendum to the
Lease Agreement, dated September 10,1991, by and between
Archers For Christ, by and through its President, James
Lassiter, hereinafter called LESSEE, and the City of Paris,
Par is, Texas, by and through its Mayor, Er ic S. Cli fford,
hereinafter called LESSOR,
WITNESSETH:
It is hereby mutually agreed by and between LESSEE and
LESSOR as follows:
that the second paragraph be amended to read as follows:
"
For and in consideration of the payment to the
LESSOR OF PARIS, a municipal corporation, of the sum of ONE
AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($1.00) and other good a valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the CITY OF PARIS, does hereby lease, rent and
let unto the ARCHERS FOR CHRIST the property described on
Exhibit A, being area number Two (2) to be used for an
archery range and areas numbered One (1), Four (4), Five (5)
and Six (6) as shown on the First Amended Lake Crook Hunting
District Map attached hereto as Exhibit B to be used for
archery hunting only, each Exhibit being attached hereto and
made a part hereof for all legal purposes..,"
