WHEREAS, the 7.104 acres described on the survey
attached hereto as Exhibit A, being a part of the 450.08 acre
tract of Lake Crook property belonging to the City of Paris
should be declared to be surplus property in order that the
property line may be improved; and,
WHEREAS, there is no known municipal use for the same,
and it would be right and proper to declare the same to be
surplus property; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the 7.104 acre tract located on southeast boundary of
said Lake Crook property as described on the survey attached
hereto as Exhibit A, be, and it is hereby declared to be
surplus property and the same may be disposed of in
accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the
Charter of the City of Paris.
