1991-106-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, has been asked to nominate a candidate for membership
RESOLUTION NO. 91-106
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, has been
asked to nominate a candidate for membership on the Board of
Directors for the Lamar County Tax Appraisal District; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of nominating Billy
Joe Burnett; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the City of Paris hereby nominates Billy Joe Burnett as a
candidate for membership on the Board of Directors for the Tax
Appraisal District of Lamar County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk,
is hereby directed to timely deliver a copy of this Resolution to
the Lamar County Tax Appraisal District.
