1991-105-RES WHEREAS, the City Council has been made aware that the regularly scheduled Thursday meeting of the
RESOLUTION NO. 91-105
WHEREAS, the City Council has been made aware that the
regularly scheduled Thursday meeting of the Council in
November falls on the same day as the annual Civil Service
Conference in Austin, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, it would be right and proper to reschedule the
Regular Thursday, November 7, 1991, Council meeting to the
Regular Monday, November 11, 1991, Council meeting; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: that the Regular Council meeting for Thursday,
November 7, 1991, be and the same is hereby rescheduled for
the Regular Monday, November 11, 1991, Council meeting.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of
the November Regular Council meetings and that the news media
be informed of the change of date in the same manner they are
informed of an emergency City Council meeting.
