BACKGROUND: Steve Raney, dba Raney Day Enterprises, Inc. owns 0.49 acres in City Block
213 located on W Sherman Street. The lot is zoned single-family dwelling district 2 (SF -2, and
Mr. Raney proposes to construct a single family home on the lot.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted preliminary and final plats of the property.
Water and sewer service is available. The street curb and gutter shall be installed at the time of
the driveway construction. It appears that the plats comply with the City of Paris regulations.
The final plat was approved 5-0 by the Planning & Zoning Commission on April 6th.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat as drawn.
