1991-098-RES WHEREAS, the City of Paris, acting through its Library, is desirous of continuing participation in the
RESOLUTION NO. 9l~098
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, acting through its Library,
is desirous of continuing participation in the Northeast
Texas Library System; and,
WHEREAS, the Library Advisory Board recommends the
appointment of Thomas Seay as lay representative and Jackie
Alsobrooks as alternate lay representative to the Northeast
Texas Library System; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that Thomas Seay, be, and he is hereby appointed as lay
representative and Jackie Alsobrooks, be, and she is hereby
appointed as alternate lay representative to the Northeast
Texas Library System for a term of two (2) years, beginning
September 1, 1991, and ending August 31, 1993.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of September, 1991.
