Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Dustin Broadway, Bryan Hargis, Brittney Keys, Lea Emerson, Trey Glascock, Bryan Glass,
Tony Corso, Vicki Ballard, Bud Mistry, Dr. Linda Kapp, Greg Wilson, Mark Pankaj and Ryan Whitaker.
Staff Present: Becky Semple and Paul Allen.
Paul Allen called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Minutes: A motion to approve January minutes was made by Trey Glascock, seconded by Bud Mistry. Motion passed
unanimously.
Financials were presented by Bryan Glass. A motion to approve financials was made by Tony Corso, seconded by Brittney Keys.
Motion passed unanimously.
New Business: Becky Semple presented funding request for the Wine Fest on April 4th, 2020. They asked for $2500.00, based
on scoring criteria the amount recommended was $1700.00. A motion to approve $1700.00 was made by Trey Glascock,
seconded by Lea Emerson. Motion passed unanimously. Becky Semple presented funding request for NET Classic Car Show
on June 13th, 2020. They asked for $2500.00, based on scoring criteria the amount recommended was $1700.00. A motion to
approve $1700.00 was made by Mark Pankaj, seconded by Ryan Whitaker. Motion passed unanimously. Becky Semple
presented funding request for the Quilt Show on May 8th _ 9th 2020. They asked for $2500, based on scoring criteria the
amount recommended was $2300.00. A motion to approve $2300.00 was made by Tony Corso, seconded by Dustin Broadway.
Motion passed unanimously.
The Paris Body Art funding was tabled due to lack of information. A motion to table was made by Dustin Broadway, seconded
by Mark Pankaj, motion passed unanimously.
Adiourn: Mark Pankaj made the motion to adjourn.
