RESOLUTION NO. 91-080
WHEREAS, the City of Par is has been us ing bond ing gum
rubber furnished by the Oliver Rubber Company; and,
WHEREAS, the use of such bonding gum rubber in sewer
line repair which has been beneficial to the City, but is not
the use for which the bonding gum rubber is produced; and,
WHEREAS, Philip Risinger, personally and on behalf of
the Oliver Rubber Company, has reques ted that the City of
Paris hold him and the company harmless from and against any
claims or damages arising from the use of said bonding gum
rubber by the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, a

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the execution of the Hold Harmless Agreement attached
hereto as Exhibit A in favor of Philip Risinger and the
Oliver Rubber Company by the City Manager of the City of
Paris on the 24th day of July, 1991 is hereby ratified.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF LAMAR ~
That the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, a municipal
corporation, by and through its City Manager, Michael E.
Malone, does hereby .agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Philip Risinger, and Oliver Rubber Company, from and against
all claims, suits, damages, costs, losses and expenses in any
manner arising out of or connected witb the City of Paris'
use of the bonding gum rubber furnished to the City of Paris
by the Oliver Rubber Company.
