WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 88-009 on February 8, 1988,
approve the execution of the Cox Field Fixed Base Operator
Lease Agreement from J. B. Richey, Inc., thereafter amended
by Resolution No. 90-054; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement are in need of
revision and an Addendum Number Two to Lease Agreement dated
February 8, 1988, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto
should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that Addendum Number Two to Lease Agreement dated February 8,
1988, from J. B. Richey, Inc., in the form of Exhibit A
attached hereto, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of
Paris, George Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, Addendum
Number Two to Lease Agreement dated February 8, 1988,
attached hereto as Exhibit A.

ADDENDUM NUMBER TWO TO LEASE AGREEMENT
DATED FEBRUARY 8 1988, BETWEEN
J. B. RICHEY, INC. AND THE CITY OF PARIS

KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS that this Addendum to
Lease Agreement, made this 15th day of July, 1991, by and
between J. B. Richey, Inc., by and through its President, J.
B. Richey, hereinafter called LESSEE, and the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, George Fisher,
duly authorized, hereinafter called LESSOR,
WITNESSETH:
It is hereby mutually agreed by LESSEE and LESSOR, that
the following Article be amended to read as follows:
ARTICLE VI
Insurance, Indemnification and Performance Security
C. Public Liability Insurance. Lessee shall maintain
in force throughout the terms of this lease and any extension
thereof public liability insurance for personal injury or
death and property damage in a minimum sum of One Million and
No/lOO Dollars ($1,000,000.00) arising out of anyone

accident or other cause and furnish LESSOR a certificate
thereof, specifically noting thereon that LESSOR is an
additional insured."
