WHEREAS, the terms of office of Homer L. Thornton, Ralph
Rodgers, J. R. Hutchison, Opal Nahas, Leland Smith, Billy
Brown and Spencer Abbett as members of the Paris Health
Facilities Development Corporation of the City of Paris,
expired August 31, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher,
does hereby recommend the appointments of Ann Hutto, Dr. Lucy
F. Fetner, Zephaniah Gibson, Ralph Rodgers, Michael R.
Rhodes, Richard Amis and Thomas C. Hensel, for a term of
three (3) years, beginning August 1, 1991, and ending July
31, 1994; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that tbe appointments of Ann Hutto, Dr. Lucy F.
Fetner, Zephaniah Gibson, Ralph Rodgers, Michael R. Rhodes,
Richard Amis and Thomas C. Hensel, to serve as members of the
Paris Health Facilities Development Corporation of the City
of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning August 1,
1991, and ending July 31, 1994, be, and the same are hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of
Paris.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of July, 1991.
