1. Call meeting to order.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris shall meet in regular
session at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday June 18th, 2020. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. Due to COVID outbreak, facemask use is
encouraged for those in attendance of the meeting. Access to meeting is also provided through
ZOOM, Meeting ID #819 5731 9783.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. May 5, 2020
3. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of James Braaten,
regarding a variance from the City of Paris Zoning Section 11.5-3 (b)(1)(a) of
the Fence Ordinance, front yard fence, on Lot 3, City Block 225, being located
at 2151 Culbertson Street, City of Paris.
4. Adj ournment.
