RESOLUTION NO. 91-075
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 20th day of June, 1991, pass Resolution
No. 91-067, which said resolution was incorrect and requires
correction; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
PARIS, That Resolution No. 91-067, be, and
hereby amended to read as follows:

"WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of
the Animal Advisory Board due to the relocation of Dr. Larry
Crumpler, and it is necessary to fill that vacancy, and the
Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, having appointed
Anthony Bethel to serve the unexpired term of Dr. Larry
Crumpler, which ends December 31, 1992, and has submitted the
name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris;
and,
WHEREAS, this resolution confirms previous appointments
of the remaining members of the Animal Advisory Board; and,
WHEREAS, members of
heretofore been appointed
they are holding; and,
the Animal

Advisory Board have
designated position
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to confirm all members
of the board with their designated positions; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: that the appointment of Anthony Bethel, as a member
at large of the Animal Advisory Board, to serve the unexpired
term of Dr. Larry Crumpler, which ends December 31, 1992, is
the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council
of the City of Paris; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following appointments
for the Animal Advisory Board positions are confirmed:
Mildred Ingram, President - Lamar County Humane
Association
Ann Spencer, President-Elect - Lamar County Humane
Association
Dr. Kenneth Cox, Veterinarian
Mike Darnell, Livestock Commission Merchant
Mildred Carter, Member at Large
Hilda Snow, Member at Large
Anthony Bethel, Member at Large"
Passed and adopted this 15th day of July, 1991.
