WHEREAS, it would be appropriate that the City Attorney
be authorized to procure a suitable site for the placement of
the Southwest Paris Overhead Water Storage Facility; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to procure property to be
used for the Southwest Paris Overhead Water Storage Facility.
