Opening:
The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:03 p.m. by Chairwoman Carol
James.
Present:
Board members present were Carol James, Marilyn Threadgill, Ashley Lassiter and Wendy Hamaker. Director Priscilla
McAnally was absent, but Ron filled in for her. Melanie Loughmiller, Rebecca Umphrey and Denise Kornegay
were absent.
• Approval of Minutes:
There were no minutes available for review.
• Citizen Forum:
No one from the public was in attendance.
• New Business:
None.
• Old Business:
None.
• Presentations:
• Budget Report was presented for review with no comments.
• Statistical Report was presented with no comments.
• Friends of the Library:
No report
• Director's Remarks:
None.
The next meeting will be March 18, 2020 at 4:OOpm.
