WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and
specifications for a project of construction to correct point
repairs of infiltration/inflow point sources in the
wastewater collection system and the replacement of certain
deteriorated segments of the wastewater collection systems
which are contributing infiltration and/or inflow; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Hayter Engineering, with the title being given
thereto of Inflow Point Repair to Sanitary Sewers, Project
Number 88-WSRB-07-90, which plans and specifications are
recommended for approval by the City Engineer of the City of
Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the Inflow Point Repair
to Sanitary Sewers, Project Number 88-WSRB-07-90, are hereby
approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Project should be
advertised for bids to be received after due notice and
thereafter returned to City Council for letting, at 3:00
o'clock P.M. on Thursday, July 19, 1990, and should be
presented to the City Counc il on the 13 th day of Augus t,
1990, for the purpose of letting such bid.
