<br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-054
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
<br />heretofore in Resolution No. 88-009 approve the Cox Field
<br />Fixed Base Operator Lease to J. B. RICHEY, INC.; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, J. B. RICHEY, INC. and EXEC EXPRESS, INC. have
<br />agreed to enlarge the office space in the terminal building
<br />occupied by J. B. RICHEY, INC. and to reduce the office space
<br />occupied by EXEC EXPRESS with an accompanying transfer of
<br />monthly rental obligations of $53.00; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement with J. B.
<br />Richey are in need of revision and an Addendum Number One to
<br />Lease Agreement dated June 11, 1990, in the form of Exhibit A
<br />attached hereto should be executed; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a Letter of Agreement between EXEC EXPRESS,
<br />INC. and the City of Paris was executed on October 3, 1986;
<br />and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the terms of the Letter of Agreement with EXEC
<br />EXPRESS, INC. are in need of revision and an Addendum Number
<br />One to the Letter of Agreement dated June 11, 1990, in the
<br />form of Exhibit B attached hereto should be executed; NOW
<br />THEREFORE,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />that Addendum Number One to Cox Field Fixed Base Operator
<br />Lease wi th J. B. Richey, da ted February 8, 1988, in the form
<br />of Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby approved.

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Addendum Number One to a
<br />Letter of Agreement with EXEC EXPRESS, INC., dated October 3,
<br />1986, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto, is hereby
<br />approved.
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris,
<br />Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
<br />execute on behalf of the City of Paris, Addendum Number One to
<br />Cox Field Fixed Base Operator Lease dated February 8, 1988,
<br />attached hereto as Exhibit A.

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tha t the Mayor of the Ci ty of
<br />Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and
<br />directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, Addendum
<br />Number One to a Letter of Agreement with EXEC EXPRESS, INC.,
<br />dated October 3, 1986, attached hereto as Exhibit B.
<br />
