1990-054-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 88-009 approve the Cox
RESOLUTION NO. 90-054
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 88-009 approve the Cox Field
Fixed Base Operator Lease to J. B. RICHEY, INC.; and,
WHEREAS, J. B. RICHEY, INC. and EXEC EXPRESS, INC. have
agreed to enlarge the office space in the terminal building
occupied by J. B. RICHEY, INC. and to reduce the office space
occupied by EXEC EXPRESS with an accompanying transfer of
monthly rental obligations of $53.00; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement with J. B.
Richey are in need of revision and an Addendum Number One to
Lease Agreement dated June 11, 1990, in the form of Exhibit A
attached hereto should be executed; and,
WHEREAS, a Letter of Agreement between EXEC EXPRESS,
INC. and the City of Paris was executed on October 3, 1986;
and,
WHEREAS, the terms of the Letter of Agreement with EXEC
EXPRESS, INC. are in need of revision and an Addendum Number
One to the Letter of Agreement dated June 11, 1990, in the
form of Exhibit B attached hereto should be executed; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that Addendum Number One to Cox Field Fixed Base Operator
Lease wi th J. B. Richey, da ted February 8, 1988, in the form
of Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Addendum Number One to a
Letter of Agreement with EXEC EXPRESS, INC., dated October 3,
1986, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto, is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Paris, Addendum Number One to
Cox Field Fixed Base Operator Lease dated February 8, 1988,
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, tha t the Mayor of the Ci ty of
Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, Addendum
Number One to a Letter of Agreement with EXEC EXPRESS, INC.,
dated October 3, 1986, attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Cox Field Fixed Base Operator Lease dated February 8, 1988,
made this 11th day of June, 1990, by and between J. B.
RICHEY, INC., by and through its Pres ident, J. B. Richey,
hereinafter called LESSEE, and the CITY OF PARIS, Paris,
Texas, acting by and through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford,
duly authorized, hereinafter called LESSOR,
WITNESSETH:
It is hereby mutually agreed by and between LESSEE and
LESSOR as follows:
that Article 1, A. be amended to read as follows:
". .. 16 feet by 29 feet outlined in red on plat marked
Exhibit A, and 198.4 square feet being the area outlined in
red on plat marked Exhibit A-I..."
and that Article V is hereby amended by adding the
following paragraph thereto:
"C. Payment for Of f ice Rental. The 196.4 square feet
of office space described on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto is
leased to LESSEE at the monthly rate of $53.00, which shall
be paid monthly on or before the 10th day of the month
following the month for which the same is due."

AND THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that this Addendum to
Letter of Agreement dated October 3, 1986, made this 11th day
of June, 1990, by and between EXEC EXPRESS, INC, by and
through its President, Philip Trenary, hereinafter called
LESSEE, and the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas, acting by and
through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized,
hereinafter called LESSOR,
WITNESSETH:
It is hereby mutually agreed by and between LESSEE and
LESSOR, that the following two paragraphs of said Letter of
Agreement be amended to read as follows:
Premises: (B) The exclusive use of office airline
ticket counter space as outlined in red on Exhibit A,
attached hereto, for the purpose of the sale of airline
t icke'ts, manifes t ing of passenger s and cargo, baggage and
ma i I.
Rentals and Fees: Rental for office and counter space
as outlined in red on Exhibit A, attached hereto, shall be
$2,400 per annum, payable in monthly payments of $200,00.
