1. Glee Emmite called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM. March 28, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the
meeting was conducted through www.zoom.us, an internet meeting platform.
2. Review and discuss a new logo for the Paris Main Street Project — Through an international design contest hosted
by 99Designs.com, a large number of possible logos were submitted from all around the world. A committee of
Will Walker, Glee Emmite and Kari Daniel narrowed the field to two designers. The board viewed and discussed
the logos from the selected designers. John Brazile made a motion to extend the logo contest for one additional day
for $60 with the logo committee to determine the winner of the contest and use the 14 additional days provided by
the contest to work with the winning designer to finalize the design. Second by Will Walker. Motion carried.
The logo committee and Cheri Bedford will meet via Zoom at 11:30 AM, Sunday, March 29, 2020.
3. Kari Daniel made a motion to adjourn, second by Will Walker, motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at
11:53 AM.
