AGENDA
1. Glee Emmite called the meeting to order at 12:10 PM, April 3, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the
meeting was conducted through www.zoom.us, an internet meeting platform.
2. Review and possibility take action on a new logo design for the Paris Main Street Project — Through an
international design contest hosted by 99Designs.com, a large number of possible logos were submitted from all
around the world. A committee of Will Walker, Glee Emmite and Kari Daniel presented a design submitted by
Lindt88. The design featured the lion head that is part of the Culbertson Fountain. The board viewed and discussed
the logo design. Glee Emmite made a motion to select the lion head design as the winner of the Main Street logo
contest. Second by John Brazile. Motion carried.
3. Will Walker made a motion to adjourn, second by Kari Daniel, motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at
12:22 PM.
