Call to Order.
Mr. Hernandez called the special meeting of the Paris Economic Development Corporation to order at 3:30 p.m.
on June 12, 2020.
Invocation
Ms. Bills gave the invocation.
Citizens' In gut
Mr. Hernandez invited those present to speak during Citizens' Input. No one came forward and the Citizen's
Input was closed.
Convene into Executive Session:
(a) Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment,
employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or
employee: or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee.
• Review and possibly select executive director from candidates
Chairman Hernandez convened the Board into Executive Session at 3:31 p.m.
Reconvene into Open _Session andossibl take action on items discussed in Executive Session.
Chairman Hernandez reconvened the Board into Open Session at 6:47 p.m. No action was taken.

Dr. Hashmi made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Bills seconded the motion. Vote was 4 -ayes to 0 -nays. The meeting
adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
