prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer, with the title being
given thereto of 12" Water Main along Center Street from 7th
Street N.W, to Fitzhugh Avenue, Project No. 88-WSRB-08-90;
and,
WHEREAS, such plans and
approved and such project should
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the 12" Water Main along
Center Street from 7th Street N.W, to Fitzhugh Avenue,
Project No, 88-WSRB-08-90 are hereby approved.

be advertised for bids; NOW,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such construction project
should be advertised for bids to be received after due notice
and thereafter returned to City Council for letting, at 3:00
o'clock P,M, on Thursday, August 9, 1990, and should be
presented to the City Council on the 13th day of August,
1990, for the purpose of letting such bid.
