1990-072-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is well aware of the staff's total involvement in the
RESOLUTION NO. 90-072
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is well
aware of the staff's total involvement in the budgeting
process that will require council meetings on September 17,
1990 and on September 24, 1990, and contingencies which could
require additional meetings; and,
WHEREAS, coupled with the fact that the October meetings
for Planning and Zoning and City Council would regularly
beg in with the firs t day of Oc tober, it is deemed to be in
the best interest of all concerned to delay the October
meetings for one week; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting for October,
1990, is hereby rescheduled for Monday, October 8, 1990, and
the Regular Council meetings for the month of October 1990,
be and the same are hereby rescheduled for Thursday, October
11, 1990, and Monday, October 15, 1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
be placed on the City Hall Bulletin Board giving notice of
the October Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting and the
Regular Council meetings for October, 1990, and that the news
media be informed of the change of dates in the same manner
they are informed of an emergency City Council meeting.
