RESOLUTION NO. 90-091
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore on the 24th day of September, 1990, pass
Resolution No. 90-085, which said resolution was incorrect
and requires correction; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Resolution No. 90-085, be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, is has been called to the attention of the
City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, that the
hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated
condition and constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to the
life and welfare of the inhabitants of the area, and the City
Council has been requested to order the Building Hazard
Inspection Committee to hold a hearing to determine the
condition of the structures complained of, and the properties
involved and the owners are as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection Committee,
composed of the City Engineer; the Chief, Paris Fire
Department and the Director of Community Development, proceed
to call a hearing to notify the owners, and, if any,
occupants of the property, and to notify such owners whose
residences are not known by publishing the same in the
newspaper as required by law, and after such hearing to
report their findings to the City Council in accordance with
Ar t icle II 1 of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris."
