SUBJECT: TxCDBG PUBLIC HEARING

BACKGROUND: The Texas Capital Fund Program requires the City to take public input
regarding the community's participation in Community Development Block Grant programs,
needs, and activities. This is an opportunity to receive feedback from the public regarding the
programs.
STATUS OF ISSUE: A public hearing was noticed in the paper and will be conducted at the
August 10th Council meeting.
BUDGET: NA
RECOMMENDATION: No action is needed.
