RESOLUTION NO. 90-089
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is
desirous of continuing to provide health coverage for City of
Paris employees upon retirement until such employees reach
their 65th birthday, thereby becoming eligible for Medicare;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that health insurance be furnished to City of Paris retired
employees from the date of retirement to the day that they
reach their 65th birthday.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance, W.
E. Anderson, be, and is hereby authorized and directed to
make payment for health insurance of like kind as is
furnished to City of Paris employees to retired City of Paris
employees from the date of retirement to the day that they
reach their 65th birthday.
