1990-084-RES WHEREAS, the Municipal Judge of the City of Paris and the Mayor of the City of Paris are disqualified from
RESOLUTION NO. 90-084
WHEREAS, the Municipal Judge of the City of Paris and
the Mayor of the City of Paris are disqualified from
presiding in Municipal Court cases styled and numbered as
follows: State of Texas Vs. Vergil McFadden No. 172393, and
State of Texas Vs. Vergil McFadden No. 173186; and,
WHEREAS, Bill Flanary, a duly licensed and practicing
attorney in the City of Paris is available for appointment as
special judge in said cases and justice would be served by
his appointment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that Bill Flanary, Esquire, be, and is hereby appointed
Special Judge in Municipal Court cases styled and numbered as
follows: State of Texas Vs. Vergil McFadden No. 172393; and
State of Texas Vs. Vergil McFadden No. 173186.
