1990-083-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris in an effort to keep the tax rate as low as possible, did

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris in an
effort to keep the tax rate as low as possible, did budget in
the 1990-91 Budget funds to be generated from the sale of
surplus property; and,
WHEREAS, Lot 6, City Block 276 and
has no planned municipal use either
foreseeable future; NOW THEREFORE,
Lot 2, City Block 322
presently or in the
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that Lot 6, City Block 276, and Lot 2, City Block 322, is
hereby declared to be surplus property and the same should be
sold in accordance wi th the laws of the State of Texas and
the Charter of the City Of Paris.
