WHEREAS, the lessor of said vehicles and the City of
Paris are mutually agreeable to cancelling said lease of used
vehicles and said lease should be cancelled and held for
naught; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be and
is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Paris an instrument of release or cancellation,
releasing and cancelling the lease of used vehicles
authorized by the City Council of the City of Paris at its
regular meeting on the 9th day of July, 1990.
