WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did
heretofore authorize the preparation of plans and
specifications for the replacement of the force main for
Battle's Sewage Lift Station; and,
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications have been
prepared by Earl Smith, City Engineer, with the title being
given thereto of Replacement Force Main for Battle's Sewage
Lift Station Project 88-WSRB-02-88, which plans and
specifications are recommended for approval by the City
Engineer of the City of Paris; and
WHEREAS, such plans and specifications
approved and such project should be advertised for
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans and specifications for the Replacement Force
Main for Battle's Sewage Lift Station Project 88-WSRB-02-88
are hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such Project should be
advertised for bids to be received after due notice and
thereafter returned to City Council for letting, at 3:00
o'clock P.M. on Thursday, October 11, 1990, and should be
presented to the City Counc il on the 15 th day of Oc tober,
1990, for the purpose of letting such bid.
