PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATS

BACKGROUND: Nora Estrada owns 1.87 acres located in the 1600 block of Graham Street.
The property is currently zoned Single Family Dwelling District 2 (SF -2). She is proposing to
subdivide the property into two lots to build single family homes.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. The 1.87 acres is to
be divided into two lots with Lot 1 having 0.80 acres and Lot 2 containing 1.07 acres. City water
and sewer are available and access to the properties will be from Graham Street. It appears that
the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
The final plat was approved 6-0 by the Planning & Zoning Commission on August Yd
RECOMMENDATION: Approve of the final plat.
