WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 88-016 approve the execution of
a contract agreement wi th Brad Gentry, dba Total Lawn Care
Service; and,
WHEREAS,
heretofore in
an assignment
Inc.; and,
The City Council of the City of Paris did
Resolution No. 89-002 approve the execution of
of said contract agreement to Rick Powell,
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore in Resolution No. 89-085 did approve the execution
of Addendum No. One to said contract agreement to clarify the
terms of the agreement; and,
WHEREAS, the total Park area to be maintained and the
demand for desired services for both increased, which
justifies and necessitates an increase of the annual contract
price and an addendum No. Two in the form of Exhibit A
attached hereto should be executed; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Paris Addendum No. Two in the form of Exhibit
A attached hereto.

TO CONTRACT AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 14, 1988,
ASSIGNED TO RICK POWELL, INC. ON JANUARY 9, 1989

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That this Addendum No.
Two to Contract Agreement, made this 10th day of September,
1990, by and between Rick Powell, Inc., hereinafter called
CONTRACTOR and the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, acting by and
through its Mayor, Eric S. Clifford, duly authorized,
WITNESSETH:
It is hereby mutually agreed by CONTRACTOR and the CITY OF
PARIS, that the following paragraph be amended to read as
follows:
"Second: That in consideration of the faithful compliance
with the terms and conditions of this Agreement the Owner
shall pay to the Contractor at the times and in the manner
provided in said specification the total sum of Twenty-Two
Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars ($22,884.00),
which sum is subject, however, to increase or decrease in
such proportion as the quantities named in said proposal are
so changed, all as in said specifications and proposal
provided."
