RESOLUTION NO. 90-105
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Dr. Gordon B. Strom, Jr.,
Dr. M. Thomas Cutrell, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher
and Rev. Samuel Evans, as members of the Paris-Lamar County Board
of Health, will expire on December 31, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford,
with the advice of the County Judge of Lamar County, Texas, does
hereby recommend the re-appointments of Dr. Gordon B. Strom, Jr.,
Dr. M. Thomas Cutrell, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher
and Rev. Samuel Evans, for a term of two (2) year s, beg inn ing
January 1, 1991, and ending December 31, 1992; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the re-appointments of Dr. Gordon B. Strom, Jr., Dr. M.
Thomas Cutrell, Mrs. Robert Norment, Dr. Richard Bercher and Rev.
Samuel Evans, to serve as members of the Paris-Lamar County Board
of Health, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1,
1991, and ending December 31, 1992, be, and the same are hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of December, 1990.
