1990-098-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 90-097, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 90-098
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 90-097, award the contract for
10th Street S.E. Sewer Line Replacement Project No.
88-WSRB-09-90 to Bill Hazelwood, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as
project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of
said contract by Change Order No. One attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", which provides for a net decrease in contract
price of $37,711.90 for a total of $412,068.00 for adjustment
of contract unit prices, and such form should be approved,
and the Mayor should be authorized to execute the same; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that 10th Street S.E. Sewer Line Replacement Project No.
88-WSRB-09-90, contract is hereby amended by Change Order No.
One attached hereto as Exhibit "A", providing for a net
decrease in contract pr ice of $37,711.90 for a total of
$412,068.00 for adjustment of contract unit prices, which is
in all things approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That

directed on behalf of the City
