1990-096-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, in Resolution No. 89-136, award the
RESOLUTION NO. 90-096
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did
heretofore, in Resolution No. 89-136, award the contract for
Manhole Rehabilitation Project No. 88-WSRB-05-89 to Rhode
Construction Company; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Earl Smith, acting as
project engineer of said project recommends the amendment of
said contract by Change Order No. 2 and Final attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", which prOVides for a net increase in contract
price of $15,367.00 for a total of $536,588.00 for adjusting
as-bid quantities to as-built quantities, and such form
should be approved, and the Mayor should be author ized to
execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Manhole Rehabilitation Project No. 88-WSRB-05-89,
contract is hereby amended by Change Order No. 2 and Final
attached hereto as Exhibit "A", providing for a net increase
in contract price of $15,367.00 for a total of $536,588.00
for adjusting as-bid quantities to as-built quantities, which
is in all things approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Eric Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed on
behalf of the City of Paris to execute said Change Order No.
2 and Final.
