1990-093-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris in an effort to appropriately plan the orderly development
RESOLUTION NO. 90-093
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris in an
effort to appropriately plan the orderly development of the
City of Paris and its capital projects, did adopt the City of
Paris Master Plan in 1966. The City of Paris Master Plan
consists of various sections which, from time to time, it is
appropriate to update by amendment or by adding additional
sections thereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Paris, Earl
Smith recommends and it is found to be appropriate that the
City of Paris Master Plan be amended by adding thereto the
Master Wastewater Treatment Plan in accordance with Exhibit A
attached hereto; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the City of Paris Master Plan, be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the Master Wastewater
Treatment Plan.
