1989-142-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF OFFICE OF MRS PRINTIS ELLIS AND DR KEENNTH BROOKS AS MEMBERS
RESOLUTION NO. 89-142
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Mrs. Printis Ellis and Dr.
Kenneth Brooks, as members of the Paris-Lamar County Board of
Health, will expire on December 31, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford,
with the advice of the County Judge of Lamar County, Texas, does
hereby recommend the re-appointments of Mrs. Printis Ellis and
Dr. Kenneth Brooks, for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January 1, 1990, and ending December 31, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the re-appointments of Mrs. Printis Ellis and Dr. Kenneth
Brooks, to serve as member s of the Par is-Lamar County Board of
Health, for a term of two (2) year s, beg inning January 1, 1990,
and ending December 31, 1991, be, and the same are hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
