1989-139-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF OFFICE OF WAYNE BROWN, CHIP HARPER, MICHAEL RHODES, ALTON HESS, ETC
RESOLUTION NO. 89-139
WHEREAS, the terms of off ice of Wayne Brown, Ch ip Harper,
Michael Rhodes, Alton Hess, Rayburn Bell and Sims Norment as
members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, will
expire on December 31, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford,
does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Wayne Brown as
Homebuilder, Chip Harper as Commercial Builder, Michael Rhodes as
Developer, and Sims Norment as Insurance Agent, and the
appointment of Buddy Heuberger as Plumber, and John F. Bell as
Realtor, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1990,
and ending December 31, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the re-appointment of Wayne Brown, Chip Harper, Michael
Rhodes, and Sims Norment and the appointments of Buddy Heuberger
and John F. Bell, to serve as members of the Building Commission
of the City of Paris for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January 1, 1990, and ending December 31, 1991, be, and the same
are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City
of Paris.
