1. Commissioner Dux call meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
2. Meeting minutes for July 8, 2020 and July 27, 2020 were approved by acclamation. A
correction was noted and then made regarding the name of the Holy Cross Episcopal Church
on the July 27, 2020 meeting minutes.
Steph McDougal, Principle of the consulting firm McDoux Preservation, LLC gave a report
on the work the McDoux is performing to update Paris Historic Resource Survey for the
Commercial Historic District. She welcomed questions and answers from the commission
and the audience.
