1. Convene into Open Session -
• Dr. Marc White called the meeting to order in open session at 5:35 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes from PRIOR meeting(s) -
• Dr. Ross Williams made the motion to approve the minutes from the June 15th, 2020
meeting and were seconded by Ms. Nancy Stallings for approval.
Motion carried. 5 yay, 0 nay.
3. Discuss and possible act on —
• Public Information Request - Mrs. Prestridge advised we have a public information
request (PIR) for Taco Casa. Ms. Susan Bellene made the motion to approve the PIR
and was seconded by Mrs. Nancy Stallings. Motion carried. 5 ayes, 0 nays. Dr. Marc
White and Ms. Gina Prestridge signed the request.
• Ms. Mitzie Pirtle presented the certificates for the completion of Open Meetings Act and
Public Information Act.

• COVID-19 Updates - Mrs. Prestridge advised the board of 4 Health District employees
are calling all positive patients along with a few contract workers, County Commissioners
to purchase COVID testing machine and City of Pairs to pay compensation time for
COVID expenses. Lamar County has 483 confirmed COVID-19 cases with 7 being travel
related and 476 community spread, resulting in 305 recovered, 15 deaths, and 163 active
cases.
• DSRIP — Ms. Gina Prestridge advised that she is due $530,000. On July 30th and can
only apply for this grant for one more year.
• Pool Inspection Updates — Pools have been inspected and invoices have been mailed
along with Temporary or Permanent Permits if they passed inspection.
• Reports
Prior Month(s) Monthly Report, Clinic Numbers, and Treasurer's Report, Profit and Loss -
June reports —
1) WIC - unavailable
2) Health District served 599 clinical clients
3) Total liability and equity is approximately: $1,611,000.
• New business to be placed on next agenda for discussion — Training Requirement for
New Members and electing new officers.

At the September 28th, 2020 Board of Health Meeting, Nancy Stallings made the motion and was seconded by Dr.
Walker Putnam for the PLCHD board approved July 20th, 2020 minutes to be submitted to the City Clerk in the City
Hall Annex, located at 150 S.E. 1St Street, Paris, Texas, for filing.
Motion carried 6 ayes and 0 nays.
