1989-115-RES WHEREAS, VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT DUE TO RESIGNATION
RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the
Board of Adjustment, due to the resignation of J. P. Shull, and
it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the
City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, having appointed Tanis Hager to
serve the unexpired term of J. P. Shull, which ends December 31,
1990, and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
That the appointment of Tanis Hager, as a member of the Board of
Adjustment to serve the unexpired term of J. P. Shull, which ends
December 31, 1990, is by the City Counc i1 of the City of Par i s
hereby approved and confirmed.
