1989-078-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF OFFICE OF RICHARD FULLER, TOM KOLKO, FRANK SHERMAN AND GERALD WAYNE BYAS
RESOLUTION NO. 89-078
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Richard Fuller, Tom
Kolko, Frank Sherman, and Gerald Wayne Byas as members of
the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
June 30, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.
Clifford, does hereby recommend the re-appointment of
Richard Fuller, Tom Kolko, Frank Sherman, and Gerald Wayne
Byas, for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1989,
and ending June 30, 1992; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of Richard Fuller, Tom
Kolko, Frank Sherman, and Gerald Wayne Byas to serve as
members of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for
a term of three (3) years, beginning July I, 1989, and
ending June 30, 1992, be, and the same is hereby approved
and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of June, 1989.
