FINAL PLAT

BACKGROUND: Jennifer H. Bradshaw and Monica D. Wilkins own 1 acre located in the 4100
Block of N. Main. The property is currently zoned Agricultural (A), and the owner is proposing
to construct a single family home.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Lamar CO water is
available to the site along US 271 N. Sewer is not available. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
The final plat was approved 4-0 by the Planning & Zoning Commission on November 2"d
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat.
