BACKGROUND: Joel Scott owns 0.544 acres located at 940 W Campbell Street. The property
is currently zoned Single Family -2 (SF2), and the owner is proposing to construct a single family
home.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Both city water and
sewer are available. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision
regulations.
The final plat was approved 4-0 by the Planning & Zoning Commission on November 2nd
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat.
