SUBJECT: RENT ONE LLC ADDITION CB158

BACKGROUND: Rent One LLC owns 1.320 acres located in the 800 Block of South Main.
The property is currently zoned Multiple Family 1 (MF -1), and the owner is proposing to
construct an apartment complex.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property. Water is currently
available. The sewer line will need to be extended in order to gain access and a guarantee of
construction has been requested. It appears the final plat complies with the City of Paris
subdivision regulations.
The final plat was approved by 4-0 by the Planning & Zoning Commission on November 2°a
Notes:
1. Plat revision in order to reflect actual utility availability
2. Guarantee of construction for sewer line extension.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat with noted revisions.
