1989-095-RES WHEREAS, DUE TO CRITICAL NATURE OF EXPANDING AIRPORT FACILITIES TO SERVE CITIZENS OF PARIS RESOLUTION NO. 89-095 WHEREAS, due to the critical nature of expanding airport facilities to serve the citizens of Paris and to facilitate industrial development, it would be appropriate to expand the membership of the Airport Advisory Board to seven (7); and, WHEREAS, it would be in the the City of Paris to expand Advisory Board; and, best interest of the citizens of the membership of the Airport WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, with the advice of the County Judge of Lamar County, Texas, does hereby recommend that J. W. Harrison, III, and Jim Bell be elected as members of the Airport Advisory Board for a term of sixteen (16) months, beginning September 1, 1989, and ending December 31, 1990; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the Airport Advisory Board is hereby expanded to seven (7) members; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the appointments of J. W. Harrison, III and Jim Bell, to serve as members of the Airport Advisory Board, for a term of sixteen (16) months, beginning September 1, 1989, and ending December 31, 1990, be, and the same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
