1989-098-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL HAS UNDERTAKEN A PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION
RESOLUTION NO.
89-098
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
undertaken a project of construction entitled Drainage Capital
Improvements for Ballard Drive, between FM 195 and Loop 286 in
accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Earl Smith,
City Engineer of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary
completion of said drainage improvement project are

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above described
drainage easements are necessary for said improvement project and
that the same should be condemned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the City Attorney T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to proceed to condemn the above described property
to be used for Drainage Capital Improvements for Ballard Drive,
between FM 195 and Loop 286.
